Clero AI Ltd ("Clero", "we", "us") operates the Clero platform and related services, including AI voice agents and integrations. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, and is in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide (e.g. account details, business and contact information, call and booking data), information from your use of our services (e.g. usage, logs, voice transcripts where applicable), and technical data (e.g. IP address, device type). When you connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, we receive only the data those services make available via their APIs (e.g. calendar availability and events), in line with the permissions you grant.

2. How we use it

We use this information to provide, operate, and improve our services; to personalise your AI agents and integrations; to communicate with you; to comply with legal obligations; and to protect our systems and users. Voice and call data may be processed to deliver and improve our AI voice services. We do not use your data to train third-party or general-purpose AI models without your consent.

3. Third-party services

We use trusted third parties to run our platform, including infrastructure and authentication (e.g. Supabase), voice AI (e.g. ElevenLabs), and optional integrations (e.g. Google Calendar). When you connect Google Calendar, Google’s use of data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. We only pass to these providers the data necessary for the services they provide to us.

4. Data storage and security

We store and process data in UK-based regions where possible and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Access is limited to those who need it to operate and support our services.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, or to object to processing and to data portability.
